Qutb al-Din Mubarak Shah, son of Alauddin Khalji, ruled the Delhi Sultanate during a politically turbulent phase in the early 14th century. His reign (1316–1320 AD) followed the powerful rule of his father and was marked by attempts to consolidate authority while relaxing some of Alauddin’s strict policies.
