1. Product Condition & Authenticity

All products on Indian Coin Mart, including coins, currency notes, and medals, are described with honesty and care.

Items are sold in the condition as shown in the photos. We try to provide accurate information, but any details about grading, age, or authenticity are based on personal knowledge and experience.

Please review all product images and descriptions properly before placing your order.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Orders will be processed only after full payment is successfully received.

If your payment gets declined, fails, or is stuck due to UPI/card/bank issues or server problems, Indian Coin Mart is not responsible. Please contact your bank or payment provider for such matters.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1–7 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier company’s performance.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, Indian Coin Mart will not be responsible for any delay, damage, or loss during transit.

Responsibility of the product passes to the buyer after dispatch.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We follow a strict No Return / No Refund / No Cancellation policy unless:

• The product received is completely different from what was ordered
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, and
• You provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done on the same day of placing the order.
Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

We do not export any item that is over 100 years old, as per legal restrictions.
