1. General
We strive to keep our website inventory accurate.
However, in rare cases, there may be a stock mismatch, and we may not be able to ship all items in your order together.
In such cases:
- The available items will be shipped immediately.

- Wait for the restock
- Or receive a refund for the unavailable items
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product’s weight, size, and delivery address.
The shipping amount will be collected at the time of purchase.
The price shown at checkout is final — no hidden or extra charges will be applied later.
3. Shipping Coverage
We ship within India only.
Exporting antique items older than 100 years is strictly prohibited under Indian law.
If a customer enters an international shipping address by mistake, the order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Shipping Method
We usually ship orders through India Post (Speed Post or Registered Parcel).
In certain cases, we may also use reputed private courier partners to ensure faster and safer delivery.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 to 7 business days.
Once shipped, a Tracking ID will be provided via:
- Our website's “Track Order” section
- Email / WhatsApp / or SMS
6. Delivery Duration
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier’s network.
Typically, parcels are delivered within 3 to 10 working days.
Remote and rural areas may take longer than average.
7. Secure Packaging
We pack all parcels using strong and secure packaging materials to minimize risk during transit.
However, in rare cases, if damage, loss, or theft occurs due to the courier company:
- Indian Coin Mart will not be held responsible
- No refund or compensation will be issued by the company
8. Parcel Unboxing Policy
To be eligible for any return or claim, you must record a continuous unboxing video as soon as you receive the parcel.
✅ The video must follow these rules:
- No cuts, edits, filters, or pauses
- Product and packaging must be clearly visible throughout
- The entire unboxing must be recorded in one single take
❌ If the video is found to be edited, incomplete, or unclear, the claim will be rejected.
📌 Any fraudulent or misleading claims may lead to legal action.
9. Important Notes
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may lead to delivery failure.
- If delivery fails twice, the parcel will be returned to us.
- In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded.
